Standard reactors
The Little Things Factory GmbH develops and manufactures standard reactors for microreaction technology from glass. This material is ideally suited for these applications, since it is also resistant to difficult environmental influences, such as, for example, high temperatures and chemicals, and at the same time displays a high degree of biocompatibility.
Connections
The fluid components of the Little Things Factory can be directly screwed onto each other or linked by means of connecting elements such as pipes or hoses. Sensors and valves are integrated into double muff couplings which have been specially designed to accommodate them.
Customer-specific reactors
Microreactors with a microstructured inner structure are assembled by the Little Things Factory with a free choice of design; they are application-specific in accordance with customer requirements and use glass, quartz, silicon and glass/silicon combinations.
